The plain rules for ordering from Oatilio.
Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. It becomes final when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may cancel an order we cannot fill, for example if a pouch sells out or an address is incomplete, and we tell you right away.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown before you order. The price you see when you place the order is the price you pay. If we ever list a price by mistake, we tell you before shipping and you can cancel.
Payment
Cash on delivery is paid to the rider when the parcel arrives. Advance payments are by the transfer methods shown at checkout, and the order ships once the payment reaches us.

Food safety and allergens
Product pages list every allergen in each recipe. You are responsible for checking them before you order. Every pouch contains tree nuts and seeds. Keep pouches sealed in a cool, dry place.
Repeat orders
If you choose to repeat an order, we message you before each one to confirm it. You can stop at any time by telling us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
