Privacy
We collect what we need to deliver your oats, and nothing we do not use.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, mobile number, city, address, what you ordered and how you pay.
- If you start an order and do not finish: your mobile number, and name and city if you typed them, with what was in your basket, so we can follow up on WhatsApp.
- If you leave a review: the review text and the name you choose to show.
- On this device: your basket and, after an order, your delivery details are saved in your browser so you do not retype them. You can clear them in your browser settings.
What we use it for
To confirm and deliver your order, to message you about it on WhatsApp, to follow up on an unfinished order, and to run the shop. We do not sell your details.
Advertising and measurement
We use Google Tag Manager to see which ads and pages lead to orders. When you order, we may also send Meta the order value and a scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number, city and first name, so it can match the sale to an ad.
Who sees it
Our couriers see your name, phone number and address to deliver. Our hosting and database providers store the data for us. No one else gets it.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp with your phone number. We keep order records only as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal duties.
